Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of TITAN AI (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TITAN AI is an autonomous, multi-agent software-engineering platform that runs code in isolated sandboxes on your behalf. The Service is provided in Beta and may change.

2. Accounts

Authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One immutable owner account governs each deployment.

3. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend workspaces that violate it.

4. Billing & credits

Paid plans and usage are billed through Stripe. Usage is metered to the millisecond as wallet credits. With auto-reload enabled, we may charge your card when your balance falls below your threshold. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your content & IP

You retain all rights to the code and content you bring to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service and fulfill your requests.

6. AI output

AI-generated code and suggestions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any output. The Service is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TITAN AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid in the prior three months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TITAN AI operates. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
