Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TITAN AI ("TITAN", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our autonomous engineering platform and website (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account data — when you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) supplies a verified identifier and email, which we store to create your account.
- Usage & telemetry — workspace activity, execution telemetry, and millisecond-level token/compute metering used to operate and bill the Service.
- Content you provide — repositories, prompts, files, and commands you submit to your workspaces.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We store only billing identifiers and credit balances, never full card numbers.
- Cookies & analytics — see our Cookie Policy. Analytics are loaded only after you consent.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To meter usage, process payments, and prevent abuse.
- To route engineering tasks to LLM providers solely to fulfill your requests.
- To communicate with you about your account and service changes.
3. Subprocessors & sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run the Service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic / OpenRouter (model inference, to fulfill your tasks), and Google Analytics (consent-based, anonymized). We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain account and ledger records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, financial, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
5. Security
Sessions are verified cryptographically (JWT/JWKS). Code executes inside isolated, resource-bounded containers. Provider API keys are masked behind our gateway and never exposed to clients.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw analytics consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
