Acceptable Use Policy

This policy keeps TITAN AI safe for everyone. By using the Service you agree not to misuse it. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited activities

• Violating any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Developing, hosting, or distributing malware, ransomware, or exploits for malicious use.
• Launching attacks against any system you don't own or lack authorization to test (DoS, intrusion, mass scanning).
• Cryptocurrency mining or other abuse of compute resources unrelated to bona fide engineering tasks.
• Infringing intellectual property or misappropriating confidential data.
• Generating content that is unlawful, harmful, or designed to harass, defraud, or deceive.
• Attempting to bypass sandbox isolation, resource limits, billing, or security controls.
• Reselling or sharing access in violation of your plan.

Security research

Legitimate, authorized security testing and CTF/educational use are welcome within isolated sandboxes. Targeting third parties without authorization is not.

Enforcement

We may pause or terminate workspaces and accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
