Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TITAN AI. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for credits and subscriptions.
1. Wallet credits
Usage credits are consumed in real time as your agents run (metered to the millisecond). Because compute is delivered immediately, consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits from a purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no abuse has occurred — contact us and we'll prorate the unused balance.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the current period. If you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, we'll review and may issue a full or partial refund for the affected period.
3. Auto-reload top-ups
Automatic credit reloads triggered by your threshold settings follow the same rule as §1: unused portions are refundable within 14 days; consumed compute is not.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@eactivenet.com from your account email with your account ID and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank/Stripe).
5. Non-refundable
- Compute/tokens already consumed.
- Charges older than 90 days, except where required by law.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — opening a chargeback before contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
